macOS build for Qt using Travis CI #55

We switch from our mix of Mac Ports and Homebrew to a purely-Homebrew build solution under macOS.

These changes also add support for:

macOS Qt builds for 10.11, 10.12, and 10.13**
macOS 10.10 daemon build (Homebrew does not support Qt on 10.10 anymore)
static daemon builds for all macOS versions

Incidentally we also remove reference to a static Qt build for Linux, since that does not appear to be possible.
