Remove Recurring Send button #68

We have a button on the Qt/GUI wallet called "recurring send", which is clearly meant for people to be able to do (for example) monthly or weekly sends. This button does not actually do anything, so we should remove it. It can always be added back in if someone adds the functionality.

Improved RecurringSend Documentation. RecurringSend is a feature that allows a person to setup recurring transactions. While the feature works as intended when Coin Control is disabled, RecurringSend and Coin Control are mutually exclusive features. When Coin Control is enabled, the RecurringSend pane appears blank. The proposed change is to add in-pane explanation of this in the RecurringSend pane when Coin Control is enabled.
