[BUG] Can't RAG #2601

How are you running AnythingLLM?

Docker (local)

What happened?

Fresh install on proxmox debian lxc.

Using defaults with local-ai llama3b.

I can RAG. If I upload a file and say "summarise" it says there's no document to summarise. Logs say it has uploaded though.

Are there known steps to reproduce?

Install using docker.
open browser to localhost and follow install prompts.
change LLM to local-ai ollama (I don't think it makes a difference which LLM I use though)
create a workspace
hit the attachment button and upload a pdf, docx, whatever and wait for it to upload
once uploaded I type "summarise this" in the same chat box.
response is "there's no document to summarise.
