I have an error message: Exited with exit code 255.

"I cannot deal with the genotype with 3 different alleles at postion 704 of scaffold8"

Probably it does not consider muliallelic sites. I filter it out with bcftools. Would be good if it could be implemented in H-PoPG haplotyper.
