Beta Fench Pack v0.1

Not a Final , traduction , but 90/95% completed!

I've need help to solved bug with this pack, exemple, isn't possible to create a news account when the pack is used for défault language !

I am stupid, I tried to be careful to escape the \ as much as possible, working late at night, I had to translate this part with my eyes closed ^^

I will now make the changes to these files, so I will try to finish the translation tonight and send a merge request afterwards!

For your information, I haven't launched the branch yet, but I have already modified all the files and replaced all the pun PUN mentions with FLUX, and made the Air theme compatible with this modification. (successfull installation)

I will now work on the transition to html 5 and see if it is interesting to set up a work team around a 2.0 project?
