Three small bugfixes in Lxde, Lxqt and Mate package base for bullseye #14

Now all enabled desktops at least builds. I am also done with CI which rebuild all desktop caches, make a list of all packages and throws out an error in case of troubles. Need to implement checking per desktop - that we only rebuild the one we are changing.

Alright, I'll add the multiple error checks this week-end, so that CI builds can run efficiently.
