Yes, code is almost same. The difference lies in the number of feature encodings used. In Hybrid we are using all 7 descriptors whereas in IF-AIP we use the top 5 performing descriptors.
Thank you for your reply. I want to do some research on your current work. I found that there are 426 independent test sets in the article, but there are only 425 in the code.

The code seems to be the same in Hybrid and IF-AIP, but in the paper, IF-AIP is feature-selected
