Since the Discord API Update the Web API Part seems to not be working anymore? #219

It's back to the old style where it's all through the bot and not the fancy web api. Of course I updated webapi gave the additional perms and such to fix the bot. But since then the bot has unable to connect to the web api.

figured out. Use discordapp.com instead of the new ptr.discord.com or something around those lines for the web url.
