[Suggestion] Send user groups to minecraft and from minecraft to discord

As someone who tries to keep things consistent, it would be nice if we could send the discord group name to minecraft as it would help to let users know who's who in the discord channel, additionally support to send prefixes on players from sponge and forge mods would also be greatly appreciated.

Discord -> Minecraft is implemented in the next version. Minecraft -> Discord would need implementation of more mod integrations.

As mod integrations make the update of all six branches really annoying work, I'd rather keep it simple.

Minecraft->Discord could use the display name of a scoreboard team (vanilla) with an API for mods to override/append to it

Most decent mods affect the display name on the score board anyway, or at least the display name used in chat.
