Channel 5 fails to parse #512

Code is looking for this: (Channel5.pm)

my $rate = ($d->{defaultURL} =~ /H264-(\d+)-16x9/i)[0];

But defaultURL is this:

rtmpe://bt.fcod.llnwd.net/a800/o10/&mp4:videos/19582164001/19582164001_248287463
1001_C5168130004A-1500k-channel5.mp4

It later fails for other reasons.

Channel 5  / Demand 5 issue exists already, it is encrypted, unless site has 
changed. Anything download can't be played.
