What steps will reproduce the problem?

get_flash_videos --debug http://videostreaming.gc.cuny.edu/videos/video/1690/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect a video to be saved. Instead I get the following error:

$ get_flash_videos --debug http://videostreaming.gc.cuny.edu/videos/video/1690/
