Add ability to search grid-items in the grid

• Allows searching in every text of a grid-item (title, description, tags)
• Allows searching using filters like tag="AWD" tag="Nema23"
  • Result: only grid-items with the tags "AWD" & "Nema23" are visible.
  • Tags on grid-items can be clicked and will be added to the search
  • Clicking a tag with the same name again will remove it from the search
  • Once an advanced filter is detected in the search bar, no other text is processed, except filters
