The ball bearing don't stack on top of each other like you have it, your bottom plate should be 90 degrees rotated. You want the ball bearings riding in the needle rollers top and bottom, not on the magnets.
Also it looks like you might be using dual screws? - This is not recommended, if you want to use dual screws, you'll need to come up with something to pull the two pieces together - some people use rubber bands/o-rings I believe.

I am using the official Z wobble x kit purchased from Aliexpress. The issue I have can be est described in a video i captured when the issue happens. https://youtu.be/8Wd88ihQccs
As the printer homes, the z axis lowers and while lowering near the bed, the z wobble x serperates and the nozzle hits the bed.
Can you please advise what could be causing the issue.
