[Epic] Copilot UI Enhancements

Description

We want to improve the UI of Miranum Copilot. This epic includes the following feature descriptions:

• As a user I want to be able to interact with some pre-defined prompts which cover most of my use cases. In addition I want to have the possibility to edit these predefined commands and customise them. Nevertheless, the "free-text" option should still be available. Predefined queries could be:
  • Generate a process documentation
  • What does this process do
  • Generate forms for user tasks in the process
• As a developer I want to align with the existing Miranum VS Code extensions. Hence Vue should be used as a framework to achieve UI improvements.
