[FEATURE]希望在ImageMessage中添加bool IsEmoji字段 #80

在mirai控制台上能够看到图片类型的消息带有IsEmoji=true/false的输出，这个可以识别电脑端消息中表情显示的大小，如果IsEmoji是false那么图片会尽可能的根据原尺寸显示，否则就是一个较小的尺寸显示。希望Mirai.Net中也可以支持获取这个字段 谢谢！
