Update normalize.md #121

Removed certain flags (-i, -n, --name, -o, --output_dir) that do not yield expected behavior.

These flags were found in the documentation at the time that v1.0.5 was the pip version of maxATAC, but they did not work when I ran them. This might now work with v1.0.6 - let me check and post again once I have double-checked these options!

I just tested these flags and all are working as expected! I will close this pull request.
