You will need to make sure that you have downloaded and installed the reference .2bit, chrom.sizes, and blacklist files. Available [here](link to wherever we have these located for people).
That will lower barrier to run!

We need to have a walkthrough that guides the user through every step of prediction. The walkthrough should contain information on how to process the ATAC-seq data from fastq file to inspecting prediction outputs. The current list of functions and arguments can be found here.
