@FaizRizvi @tacazares Reviewing the benchmark documentation, I see there's a flag for --quant. That doesn't make sense given the documentation states only AUPR and description of formatting for the gold standard. To limit confusion, I recommend eventually separating the two functionalities: benchmark-AUPR v benchmark-R2.
