Summary

This makes action runners use JDK 21 instead of 17, to support 1.20.6 building automatically.

Nice, thanks. I am gonna be honest, I was too lazy to update the workflows 😅

Although it still seems to fail due to the fact that build jars are now in versions/<version>/build/libs
