Adding these tags is what fix the dynamic load balancer creation by k8s: https://mirantis.jira.com/browse/MKE-9402

The error message in k8s is: 

Error syncing load balancer: failed to ensure load balancer: Multiple untagged security groups found for instance i-0c3bf420d20364f41; ensure the k8s security group is tagged

Although, I am still now sure why we have this error right now.
