Update to Ingress Controller configuration #109

The defaultSslCertificate settings has the following description and the default value:

extraArgs.defaultSslCertificate The only valid value is mke/auth-https.tls. Must NOT be changed. mke/auth-https.tls

Instead, it should be changed to provide the link to the new doc page described above. The default value has changed as well:

extraArgs.defaultSslCertificate See the doc for setting your own TLS certificates mke/mke-ingress.tls
