Remove redirect field from OIDC and SAML #184

The docs mention that a user can set the redirectURL when configuring SAML and OIDC. This field was originally needed because there wasn't an ingress enabled by default on MKE4. We are now enabling the ingress by default and we are able to set this field without user interaction. We should remove mention of them so users aren't confused.
