Mention IdP metadata url in SAML docs #185

The idpMetadataUrl should be mentioned and described in the main SAML docs page.

This field is an alternative to setting all of the other fields. When this is set, we will make a request to the IdP and get all of the other field's information. An example of this was added to the SAML setup example. It should be covered in more detail in the main SAML page that goes over all of the other fields.

Once again, this is in the fields section of the SAML config. Closing since this is not needed
