Use Mirantis hardened version of libvirt #810

That's based on http://mirror.mirantis.com/proposed/openstack-queens/xenial while we are waiting to have this package in http://mirror.mirantis.com/stable/openstack-queens/xenial.

Tests are failing probably because of current failure in k-d-c master (we are waiting for https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/kubeadm-dind-cluster/pull/258 - will restart jobs after merge of it). Tests on local machine went fine.
