Issue Title: About page does not contain navigation bar

Issue Description:

The About page of the application currently lacks a navigation bar, which affects user experience and accessibility. Users cannot easily navigate back to other sections of the site once they are on the About page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the homepage of the application.
2. Click on the link to the About page.
3. Observe that there is no navigation bar present.

Expected Behavior:

The About page should include a navigation bar that allows users to access other sections of the site.

Actual Behavior:

The About page appears without a navigation bar, isolating the content.

Suggestions for Resolution:

• Implement a navigation bar on the About page that includes links to the Home, Services, Contact, and other relevant sections of the site.
• Ensure the navigation bar is consistent with the design and functionality of other pages.

Additional Information:

Please refer to the design specifications for the navigation bar layout used in other pages to maintain consistency.

I think about page doesn't need a navbar since it doesn't have any kind of sections But thank you for figuring this out
