Antenna performance? #1

Hi, I'm looking to build a similar device with a Lora E5 with sensor and since I'm not an expert on the RF field and looking for similar designs to learn from I came across your AERQ project, I would prefer to use a built in antena on the pcb rather than an external one but I'm a little worried about the performance, have you tested the range with your device?

Range is pretty good. Maximum I got was around 1 km with the Linx antenna( with LoS but in an urban environment ). Expect to get a whole building covered.

Keep in mind if you end up doing a low-power design that the E5-LoRa is hard wired to use the High TX power path, so it does use quite a bit of power to do the transmission.
