Change Open Sauce Build Properties to account for WOW6432 registry paths #21

The current build props looks for the 32-bit platform paths. This won't work on 64-bit computers. For instance, HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Halo CE works on 32-bit systems, but HKLM\Software\WOW6432\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Halo CE should be used on 64-bit systems. https://github.com/yumiris/OpenSauce/blob/master/shared/config/msbuild/OpenSauceUserConfigDefaults.props

Redundant because Amai Sosu is preferred over OS's native installer.
