Trial, Retail, and Custom Edition

Trial is literally just free Halo when paired with Chimera. Retail has some rendering fixes not present in Custom Edition. Custom Edition...it has native support for custom maps? Well, now the other two do as well, so Custom Edition has become redundant.

Note: "classic branches" is specified because I'm not considering support for MCC-CEA, future ports, or any other Halo CE engines.
