Added OpenCore configuration #11

This PR adds full support for OpenCore to the P51. The patching works with the latest bios, and doesn't require a patched DSDT.

Hi! Thanks for the PR! At the moment I'm not able to test this new configuration, but might be in the future. In the meantime, do you have a list of what works and what doesn't work with this configuration?

There’s no new functionality - just moved up to OpenCore.

In my case, I was not able to boot Catalina with the original Clover implementation.

I also get to see my processor type properly now :)

I have the Xeon with ECC RAM.
