Add file chooser #2

Please add a file chooser to the "Create New Project" site.

The problem is that the browser file chooser doesn't reveal the full path for security reasons. Since file upload is not implemented yet, entering the full path is the only way for the backend to read the files.

Fille upload is on the todo list.
