Where is /etc/hosts file #10

I can only find HOST=local.mirror.finance in the .env.devlopment file. I feel like that is not the file I need to at 1.0.0.27 local.mirror.finance too?

if anyone run into confusion on this. you need to edit (for windows users) your /System32/drives/etc/hosts file
