Listing is fragmented for showing player rows/country rows etc ...

• [x] move horizontal & list item presentations to their own folder in shared
• [x] set partial view to use helpers of both types
• [x] set all views to call either of these partial views for all resources
• [ ] set helper method up to remove logic flow of if list is empty

Found that having helper return blank blank message besides empty is hard to assign a message for empty, needs to pass in noun & kind of a waste of time - listing helpers are meant to be used everywhere & not just players...perhaps the original partial appends noun farther up the chain?

IE: current setup ...

• Index/show calls partial to display stuff
• Partial calls particular DSL (player/campaign/etc) which passes controller variable array/hash & calls empty before passing it along
• Partial calls helper row/list, then calls interaction partial to add buttons, checks if array is empty
• Helper does the stuff, passes to the row/list partial
