Android backend: test against a newer version of AOSP #433

The gyp-android bot currently checks out Android version 4.2.1 which has too 
old a version of the android build system to test some newly added features 
such as 64-bit multilib builds. We need to update the bot script to use a newer 
version of Android so tests can be written for those things.

Not all the tests pass when run against current AOSP master, and there may be 
other complications caused by the fact that current AOSP includes a 
gyp-generated project (the chromium-powered webview) - this bug is to track 
fixing those things and then updating the buildbot config.
