Switch to system-based font stacks #138

The carefully selected fonts are replaced with stylistic similar font stacks, taken from https://github.com/system-fonts/modern-font-stacks . See #137 for reasons.

TODO

[x] make minor adjustments throughout the stylesheet
[x] remove all font-related steps from the build process
[x] get rid of the source files for fonts
[x] evaluate changes, document with screenshots and include the comparison in the build log
