Changing underscore to camelCase convention, reflecting javascript file. Also, changing `rawgithub.com` to `rawgit.com`. #117

The function names found in the javascript source file all have camelCase naming convention.

Why are you changing from rawgithub to rawgit? A cursory glance of Google doesn't seem to answer that question.

The website seem to point at the newer shorter address: http://rawgit.com/

I didn't understand originally, but I understand now. To be clearer, rawgithub.com now redirects to rawgit.com. They seem to be the same company and rawgit is just the newer URL. In that case, this gets my go ahead. :+1:
