Feature: Rewind #45

Could there be a feature by a fixed amount of words, in case we missed some words.

https://github.com/kukulski/readifry has key bindings to jump back 1 second. (But it's easier there because I'm using a fixed update interval.)

Now a terrible idea, might implement this as a "secret" feature. We had a progress bar briefly but it was hideous and buggy. Secret left and right buttons seem a more elegant solution to me.
