Words Per Line #62

The words per seconds is excellent but it would be nice if I could choose the quantity of words shown at once.

That defeats the whole purpose of how this works - not having your eye move to read.

and some words add context to other ones so It could be easier to have a concept in your mind for example with 2 words per line

It's just a select combo. By default 1 word per line

You can read more than one word at a time without moving your eye. There is little difference in eye movement between reading the word 'distinction' and 'cats eat mice' -- both are the same number of letters and can be parsed as a single unit. A common example of reading multiple words in a single glance is the reading of idioms and common memes, but we do it everywhere and are especially good at guessing missing words in trigrams and skimming over them. Just as we don't have to look at every letter when we read, we also don't have to look at every word when we read.
