Pipfile is superior to regular requirements.txt.
The only thing I have to mention before switching is that dependency bot might not support it yet.
But that's not a problem, since https://dependabot.com/ supports Pipfile.
BTW, I see that some requirements are outdated. Like pep8.
An upgrade is required.
