Updated Travis test settings to also test for python 3

Coverage increased (+14.7%) to 89.712% when pulling 03e5f95c88cb5b2f3d54a196dbcc1c2b3eac711a on develop into 0a4954ae6be22468f23858111a367cfb921251f5 on master.

I'm starting to get concerned that the new pull requests aren't working with these expanded tests, so i'm going to merge this in.
