$emoteinfo get {emote} - Prints detail of emote and members that used it more than 10x.
$emoteinfo ascUse - TOP 25 emotes ordered by LastUse (ASC)
$emoteinfo descUse - TOP 25 emotes ordered by LastUse (DESC)
