Era for the World - Regency #1374

Please add "Regency" support for the era of the world dropdown, &c.

Description.

The Regency Cthulhu set has been around a bit, it takes place roughly between 1811-1820. I'd like the be able to have that displayed correctly in the world.

Context.

I'm currently setting up a Regency campaign, for 5 players. I imagine other do likewise.

Possible Implementation.

I'm not sure what other elements would need to be added, but at the very least having it in the dropdown would be beneficial.

I would also appreciate this, along with implementation of an input box for 'Reputation' (calculated by adding an investigator's Credit Rating and Etiquette skill values together, then dividing the result by two). This would also benefit from showing 1/5th value, which if lost in a game day would lead to an associated 'Censured' box being checked. This would be really helpful.

The era tags have been added in the latest release.
