Find associated documents from ROMs #100

Another one for the "ideas I have but don't have the brain power to do anything about right now" pile.

If there is a ROM called "Cool Game.bin" see if there is something like a "Cool Game readme.txt" next to it, and add the path of the latter to some kind of X-Meow Launcher Documents section.

Same can be done for images too, although maybe that wants its own section. With DOS games can also just look for common filenames like "readme.txt" or "manual.pdf".

Oh yeah don't forget

For Cool Game (Region), look for 'Cool Game document.txtas well asCool Game (Region) other document.txt`

Prefer more specific document (eg Cool Game (Region) document.txt)

Further notes to self: Also look for .readme, .license, .nfo, .diz extensions which might just have the same name as the ROM other than extension

Further notes to self: Do #117 first so we have a nice method to get sibling files I think
