Feature Description

When looking at a container, next to the open to take the item or search the container, there should be a third option to take all items in the container.

This has been implemented with 454d233, however, it could be improved by using TransferIventory. In my testing of taking all items in QASmoke there was no noticeable lag in reasonable sized containers.
