I can't download the extensions, it shows me a message saying that the extension its been blocked

zmandel it doesn´t let me attach anything but the error says: “El administrador de la extensión Plus for Trello (tiempos, reportes, scrum) (con ID "gjjpophepkbhejnglcmkdnncmaanojkf") ha bloqueado la extensión.” And the google chrome version is: 59.0.3071.115 The user that tried to install the plus for trello is: pakamineintercorp.com.pe and amedinazintercorp.com.pe has the same issue We´ve already talked with the administrator and that's not the problem.
ivonnepalomino you can write us to our support email for faster response: supportplusfortrello.com Please try using a "gmail" chrome profile (or a different Google apps domain) to add it so we can troubleshoot if it also fails in that case. We suspect some restriction on the intercorp domain is preventing installation. Please also confirm if you wrote on our support page.
zmandel I wrote an email a few minuts ago. I dont think that this is a intercorp restriction problem because i was able to download and install the pluggin with my intercorp account.

I am trying to purchase/activate my pro license, paying via "Activate" button and fill-up the info(s) (Email of license owner, Total number of license, Name of card holder, Credit card no, MM/YY, and CVC), but no luck, I'm getting an error message "Your card was declined. (errorCreatestripeCustomer-StripeCardError)". I'm using a master card.

markalba hi, usually your bank can tell you why it was declined. Stripe supports MasterCard. We see the "card declined" event but no extra info about it. email support if you still cant and wish to pay by transfer. Also, if its a single license you can use the alternate "chrome store" method.

zmandel I think they could not enter S for a future date. This is necessary when people will be out of the office or on vacation.

Hi Zig, Is there a way to filter entries that have no S in a report so we can just deliver records that have actual time values for billing and payroll?
donaldnewlands not currently, but its planned. for now you could sort by the S column to more easily later remove zero S rows.
Is there a way that I can save a query as a URL? The URL for reports starts with "Chrome Extension" and won't open.
donaldnewlands put a bookmark folder on your bookmarks bar, then save them as bookmarks there.
Hi guys, need your help, recently purchased the Plus Pro Version, however, when I used the trello in different pc using same account, it still prompt the activate your pro license now. Is the license per account per unit? or per account only (then I can login from my office PC and home PC), thanks in advance.

Hi zmandel , I've used the chrome web store, however I did not receive any license email. It still popup on my browser "Please click here to activate your "Plus for Trello Pro" yearly license."

markalba that could happen if you reinstalled Plus or use it from another computer not signed-in to chrome. we only send license emails when using the other (stripe) method. the method you used (google) only sends an email receipt. if you have a valid licence with the chrome store, but its not stored in your chrome for whatever reason, simply try to activate it (using the "other" method) and it will then find and remember your license.

Is there a way to generate report for all cards achieved this week? I achieve cards when I complete them, this would give me a introspect on what was completed this week.
Another question is that if it's possible to generate report for all cards that was modified this week.

yuechuanchen in general Plus doesnt yet keep historical records of Trello changes (like date when the card was archived). However in your case you could make a report filtered by this week and archived:yes. The date used will be the last S/E entered (which in this case will be the same as the week you archived).
about all cards modified: not yet. This is because the "date" for cards with S/E is the last S/E entered, regardless of card modification date. Also because Plus does not track all card modifications, only some that affect Plus reports (card title etc)

yuechuanchen no as firefox doesnt and won't support some tech we need like "web sql". we do support the powerup and web app from firefox.

Hi Zig, Did I get it right? If the data (S/E) is already entered, it is impossible to disable commenting in the cards without losing them.
dmitrybelkin2 havent tried it. are existing comments removed when you disable comments? if so, yiu would lose that s/e when doing a reset sync or configuring a new machine.

dmitrybelkin2 ah thats what you meant. yes, changing sync modes does not change or remove trello data. in fact none of our settings affect your trello data, thats sacred :)
How would I view a team member's capacity in a two week sprint instead of the Plus default week? E.g. - If I wanted to define my sprint as 3/19 through 3/30 as opposed to two separate weeks of W12 and W13

Hi There, My trello home page use to show a breakdown of the week in progress and all users times tracked using plus. As of yesterday, it has dropped off my home screen and all other users in my group also. I have reset the plus! sync on my end and no change. Any assistance would be appreciated.
