Historical Data not being Pulled

The historical Data is not being pulled when I trigger the service from Facebook.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Make sure you are registered with all 3 platforms 2) Post on facebook with #HFM 3) Check the DB

• Expected: In the events collection there should be the facebook post as well as historical data from FB, Twitter and Instagram
• Actual: the event collection only has one additional item and it is the post from Facebook

In the portal the profile appears, but no information is displayed under the posts section for any type of social media.
