This PR works on implementing the Effects Stack virtual Filter in order to make busking easier.

Remaining important tasks:

[x] Implement serialzation of effect stack
[x] Implement deserialzation of effect stack
[x] Implement already existing effects (colorwheel, color fader input and function effect)
