Default Cue setting #79

The Cue filter should get an optional parameter, setting a default cue. If this parameter has been set, the cue filter should play this cue automatically on scene entry.

The cue editor should have a combo box in order to select a default cue or none.

Remaining issues have been fixed with commit fb3dd510157492ccef3f3ec92c6c3437499fdd1a.
