Editing Patching #89

One should be able to edit universe and channel of patched fixtures (or a group of them) by clicking on the fixture in the patching view. Furthermore one should be able to undo patchings using the undo button as well as remove them.

When one edits universe or channel of a fixture all corresponding universe output filters in all scenes should be updated accordingly.

Furthermore, once the scene universe default values are implemented, these need to be updated as well. Perhaps even the quick console view.
