Improve Raw Column

• [x] The Raw column should use the fader to set the selected value in a fast manner and the encoder for fine tuning. Both should modify the same number. Using the encoder button should switch between multiple editable numbers (For example pan/tilt).
• [ ] We need a raw column that outputs eight bit values
• [ ] We need a raw column that outputs doubles between zero and one
• [ ] The Select button should be used to enter a value in the editor, where the user can select between a list of previous manually entered numbers or enter a new one
• [x] The flash and black buttons should temporarily set the output to 0 or max value respectively

Do we really need the double and 8bit ones or is it sufficient to have this as virtual filters? Only down side regarding virtual filters: direct feed back on the x-touch is missing, which is crucial for ready/wait configuration.

ludwig here: we could could change it inverse: The column/fish only knows about double faders with an editable range, and we can use virtual filter to get 16 or 8bit values.
