Create new organization - org does not immediately pop up on the org management sidebar. Appears that create new org sidebar does not work? #74

New org is created in the 'orgs' collection, but the org is not added to the user_pref's 'orgs' array of the person who created it. Suspected function error in firebase?

Are you sure? There is a bit of a delay but it should still work. https://github.com/MissionSupport/MissionSupportDemo/blob/dev/functions/src/index.ts#L30
